The iH4 range of graphics cards are powerful multi-screen graphics adapters providing solutions for high quality, complex data/video walls or multi-screen desktop applications.
Using multiple iH4 cards in your system it is possible to create a display which allows the Windows desktop to be spread across a maximum of 32 screens. Constructing a multi-screen data/video wall using the iH4 range of graphics cards enables the display to be arranged in any rectangular format, by introducing the iH4-PRO and iH4-DIG, the option of displaying high quality video overlays becomes available.
In effect, four graphics cards in one, the iH4 has four independent 64bit Savage4-PRO graphics processors, each with 16MBytes of memory - one per display channel - to bring superb image quality at high resolution and colour depths. With four DVI outputs, each supporting a resolution of 1280 x 1024 (digital) and 1600 x 1200 (analog) you can be sure of displaying all the applications you need. If you need more screens, simply install another iH4 card in your machine up to a maximum of 8 cards..
EMS multi screen video solutions use the latest digital technology for stunning video quality. Multiple independent video windows can be displayed simultaneously, and can be scaled to full screen with horizontal and vertical interpolation for high quality images. Chroma-key support also allows you to overlay graphics onto video and video onto graphics.
Every iH4 solution also includes Wall Control. Wall Control is the iH4 series wall control management software for the professional approach to display handling.
The iH4 can also be used with up to four VQS01 controllers allowing you to increase the number of displays from 4 to 16 from a single iH4 card. For wall applications requiring support for a large number of displays, it is possible to use up to eight iH4 cards and 32 VQS01 controllers. This configuration provides support for up to 128 displays.
Note: The maximum resolution per display when using the VQS01 is 1024 x 768.

The iH4-PRO
In addition to the above iH4 specifications, the iH4-PRO provides high quality video overlays enabling the display of live video sources.
- Four high quality video overlays (one per screen). Overlays can be sized and positioned anywhere on the wall (only one video overlay per screen).
- Four composite video or two S-Video inputs using the Video Input Module
(VIM) option.
- Increase the number of video inputs to 16 or 32 by using the VisionSwitch Switch card.
- Supports PAL, NTSC and SECAM.
- Up to eight iH4-PRO cards can be used to support a maximum of 32 screens and 32 video overlays from a single PC.

The iH4-DIG
The iH4-DIG has all the specifications of the iH4-PRO and in addition:
- Four digital video inputs for connection to the EMS Mosaic card. The Mosaic card, combined with the iH4-DIG, allows up to nine video overlays per screen. It is possible to connect a maximum of four Mosaic cards teach iH4-DIG.

All iH4 cards are supplied with the following software packages:
Driver
- Special multi-screen display driver for use with Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP. The function of of the display driver is to present one large desktop to the Windows operating system. The multi screen display driver will support up to a maximum of 32 screens.
- A standard native Windows® 2000/XP driver that will support up to 6 screens.
Wall Control
- The Wall Control software enables you to configure your multi-screen display, launch video overlays and create a wall layout configuration, it is possible to save layouts and recall them for future use.
- Wall Control presents a representational window of the entire display wall showing position and size of video overlay windows, RGB windows (if used in conjunction with the VisionRGB product) and control dialogs for VisionSwitch.
- It is possible to operate Wall Control on a remote PC via a network connection.
TWIN Control
- A stand alone desktop management software program that controls the position of application windows, system messages and dialog boxes of your
multi-screen display.
